RECREATION AMENITIES & LANDMARKS
Welcome to Templeton Cove Estates! We are a Multi Sim American Lakes and Wilderness Styled Estate with many fun and free amenities. Visitors are welcome to explore by hiking or horse back via our extensive trail system, and any of the landmarks provided on this guide. We ask that you respect our rental community by refraining from entering any occupied or rented homes, and, by respecting the water line boundaries between our common areas connected by paths and the Private Islands. The peace and tranquility of our tenants is our primary concern and any infractions to our privacy rules will be addressed immediately.
We are a moderate region and expect any visitors to adhere by the guides set forth by LL regarding moderation.
*****We are always grateful if you can spare a few Lindens to help keep everything looking beautiful. Our Region Donation jars are located around the estate. Thank you for your support! *****
